Investors want prompt, simple information, and webcasts present the perfect medium through which this can be delivered, he explains. But the most important aspect of communication with shareholders is that it is timely and accessible. Webcasts go beyond normal company press releases, Russell adds; they provide access to senior management and are extremely cost-effective.
