Allstate and Krispy Kreme win top honors at Corporate Governance Awards

Corporate Secretary, the leading governance and compliance magazine, and sister publication of IR Magazine, has announced the winners of its Fifth Annual Corporate Governance Awards at a black-tie awards dinner at New York City’s Gotham Hall on January 8.

The event recognizes leading companies and professionals in the corporate governance, compliance and legal community for demonstrating innovation and best practices in the field of governance.
