IR Magazine has announced the winners of the IR Magazine Awards – Brazil 2013, the prestigious awards that celebrate investor relations and recognize excellence in transparency and communication with investors.
The list of this year’s winners includes companies such as Itaú Unibanco, Kroton, Natura and Randon. The results were decided by a survey of more than 375 analysts and investors.
‘As Brazil suffers macroeconomic pressure, the professional investor relations officers in the country are the ambassadors for the financial world,’ says Neil Stewart, director of editorial and research at IR Magazine.
‘They work more, travel more, and communicate better than any other group within the company and therefore deserve to be rewarded.’
The winners were announced last night at a gala awards event in São Paulo attended by hundreds of members of the Brazilian IR community.
