Cross Border, the owner of IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary, announces the appointment of Dom Castley as CEO, effective immediately.
Janet Dignan, co-founder of Cross Border with Ian Richman, will step down as CEO but will continue to work with the company, further developing its editorial and research offerings. Dignan founded IR Magazine in 1988 while working as an editor for The Economist group.

Castley is a specialist in digital transformation, having spent 20 years creating innovative new products and business models for media and publishing brands.
He is an entrepreneurial, hands-on business leader, having founded two successful media consultancies in Australia and the UK. Prior to Cross Border, he was chief marketing officer CMO of Ixxus, a technology company working with leading global publishing groups. Before that, he was CMO and senior vice president of customer services at Amino Communications, where he created new media products with Intel and Google and launched a new TV service for Telecom Italia.
