Top tweets from the IR Magazine Awards – US 2015

The IR Magazine Awards – US 2015 made history for two reasons. Not only was it the event’s 20th outing but also, for the first time across any IR Magazine Awards, the winner of the 2015 large-cap grand prix and the top company overall no longer exists as an independent firm.

As well as holding on to the top spot, Covidien (taken over by Medtronic in a deal completed earlier this year) claimed four awards, with head of IR Cole Lannum scooping the best investor relations officer (large cap) gong for the fifth year running. Wright Medical was another of the night’s big winners, with three awards in the small-cap category: best IR by a CEO, best investor relations officer and the grand prix for best overall investor relations.
