The IR Magazine Awards – South-East Asia 2016 has a new category for firms listed on Thailand’s Market for Alternative Investment: best IR by an mai company. The inaugural short list features the following six companies:
– In its entry, short-listed Bangkok-based oil and energy company Energy Absolute focuses on its presentations at major events, opening its site to visits by stakeholders, aiming to share knowledge, and promoting its CSR with local community sites
– Jubilee Enterprise stresses how investor relations is a strategic management responsibility that integrates corporate governance, compliance, company performance and communication with the aim of preserving shareholder assets and enhancing shareholder value
– Project Planning Service concentrates on how it is the only engineering consultant company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. It has developed various IR facilities: opportunity days, a company fan page and website, analyst meetings and press conferences
– Siam Wellness Group shows how it takes great effort for the IR team to make the business easy to understand for potential investors, fund managers, analysts and the media. After being listed for almost two years, these efforts have been warmly welcomed by all concerned
– TAC Consumer stresses the importance of company planning in communicating information to investors, shareholders and stakeholders, with senior management placing a big emphasis on the role of investor relations
– TPC Power Holding emphasizes its diverse team. Each of its IROs specializes in all areas of the business, including financial performance, industry overview and company strategy.
