At the IR Magazine Awards – Greater China in Hong Kong, there were toasts all round for China Resources Beer, which picked up five trophies including best investor relations officer at a large cap for Vincent Tse, best IR by a senior management team and best overall large-cap investor relations.
Kerry Logistics Network won prizes for the best investor event, best IR in the industrials sector and most progress in IR, while insurance group AIA scooped gongs for best corporate governance and for best IR in the financials sector, as well as taking second place in four additional awards.
Serial winner China Telecom walked away with the awards for best IR in China and best IR in the telecommunications sector, while Xtep International’s Leah Liu was named 2017’s rising star.
