Dutch telecommunications company KPN has appointed Bisera Grubesic as its head of investor relations, effective July 1. She succeeds Wouter Stammeijer, who was recently named head of KPN strategy, and will report to CFO Jan Kees de Jager.
Grubesic is currently head of treasury and investor relations at Dutch navigation and mapping products company TomTom. Prior to joining TomTom in 2013, she worked for private equity firm Avedon Capital Partners, and the M&A teams of Stamford Partners and Rabobank International.
Grubesic is a Dutch national and holds a master’s degree in financial economics and investments from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
