The credit arm of London-based private equity group CVC Capital Partners has appointed Mike Anderson as its new head of investor relations.
Anderson joins from rival London credit firm Pemberton Asset Management where he also held the position of head of IR. Before that, he worked in the IR and investment teams at Intermediate Capital Group, another London private credit firm.
Anderson brings nearly 20 years of experience working in IR and the debt markets.
CVC Credit Partners was established in 2006 and manages $18.7 bn in assets across funds focused on the US and Europe. Its three core strategies invest in performing credit, distressed debt and loans to European and US midmarket companies.
Anderson says in a statement: ‘I’m excited to be to be joining an institution with a strong brand and growth potential, and look forward to working with the team to help drive the business forward.’
