Alex Khutorsky

Alex Khutorsky is Vice President, Head of M&A for DuPont de Nemours, Inc. He joined DuPont in 2019 and has been active in DuPont’s ongoing portfolio transformation. Alex has been an M&A practitioner for over 25 years. He began his career as an M&A attorney at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell. He then spent almost 20 years as an M&A banker at several Wall Street firms including Bear Stearns, Bank of America, and The Valence Group (now part of Piper Sandler).
