
Amelia Pan
Amelia’s primary focus at Brunswick is to provide advice and develop solutions for clients on ESG. She delivers strategic counsel to global corporations on issues ranging from investor expectations, climate finance, regulatory developments and best practice corporate reporting. Amelia works with Brunswick’s clients – including FTSE 100 and Fortune 100 companies, and international NGOs – to focus their sustainability efforts on areas of the greatest business materiality, providing a platform for commercial leadership and mitigating business and reputational risks. She leads the London Women’s Breakfasts and serves on the Group Environmental Committee and Inclusion & Diversity Committee. Amelia is the creator and host of the ESG Agenda podcast. Prior to Brunswick, Amelia was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, leading the International Corporate Access team in New York and London for 13 years. Over the course of her career she facilitated investment relationships between the world’s leading companies and US institutional investors, and brokered meetings with international finance ministers. In addition to her work on ESG, Amelia draws on her deep experience of capital markets to advise clients on other investor engagement issues, such as shareholder activism. Amelia began her career in New York as an equity research analyst at Merrill Lynch and subsequently led investor relations for a statistical arbitrage hedge fund. She was Press Officer for Médecins sans Frontières, the Nobel Prize-winning international humanitarian medical aid agency. Amelia is pursuing a postgraduate certificate in Sustainability from the University of Cambridge holds degrees from the University of Michigan and University of London School of Oriental and African Studies.
