Brian Tomlinson

Brian develops executive-ready research to enable issuers to reorient their disclosures toward the long-term. His publications provide principles, frameworks, and management approaches for the practice of long-term disclosure and integration of ESG issues. Brian’s work on capital markets has been published by Harvard Business Review, Institutional Investor, MIT Sloan Management Review, the World Economic Forum, IR Magazine, and the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance. Brian has a decade of experience as a corporate finance attorney. He has an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA from Oxford University.
