Jaana Quaintance-James

Jaana Quaintance-James is the chief sustainability officer at Global Fashion Group, having previously held the role of head of Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing at the ICONIC. In the business since December 2017 she is responsible for delivering the whole of business sustainability strategy. In her role she draws on 14 years’ experience in multi-category retail developing and implementing change programs that deliver sustainability and ethical sourcing objectives. With a strong expertise in internal and external stakeholder engagement, Jaana has deep knowledge of both the issues on the ground and how to drive form long lasting change.
