Jen Earyes is a financial executive with over 15 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, and capital markets. As the Head of IR at a publicly traded company, Jen builds and manages relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
With a deep understanding of business development, market dynamics, and strategic communication, Jen ensures that Navient effectively conveys its value proposition to the market. She is instrumental in shaping the company’s financial messaging, overseeing quarterly earnings releases, investor materials, and roadshows, all in compliance with regulatory standards.
Previously, she served as the head of policy at the Structured Finance Association, where she was responsible for driving consensus across investors, issuers, and other market participants on policy initiatives for the industry. Most notably, Jen played a driving role in the development of The LIBOR Act and TALF 2.0.
Prior to that experience, Jen held leadership roles at a top global asset-backed security issuer, where she gained expertise in shareholder activism, mergers and acquisitions, and trading. She is recognized for her ability to foster trust, transparency, and alignment across conflicting perspectives.
Giving back to the industry is important to Jen; she currently serves as a member of the board of the Student Loan Servicing Alliance. Throughout her career, Jen has participated numerous industry committees, including serving on Federal Reserve-convened committees as Chairwoman of a student loan committee and co-lead of a securitization committee, as an appointee to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) Interest Rate Benchmark Reform Subcommittee and as an advisor of the Treasury Advisory Group for the Association for Financial Professionals.
Jen earned a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Finance from the School of Business at George Mason University and is designated as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
