Jim Polehna

For more than 30 years, James (Jim) Polehna has led corporate governance and investor relations strategy for publicly traded companies in the banking and workforce solutions industries. A seasoned executive, trusted advisor, and committed mentor, Jim partners with organizations, teams, and individuals to achieve their potential and create value.

Most recently, Jim served as corporate secretary and chief investor relations officer at Kelly, a leading global specialty talent solutions provider based in Troy, Michigan. As corporate secretary, he was accountable for ensuring the integrity of the company’s governance framework, including compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements affecting the company and its board of directors. He was also responsible for implementing all decisions made by the board. He managed corporate disclosure and compliance with state corporation laws, the stock exchange listing standards, and SEC reporting and compliance.
