Nicole Fritz

Nicole Fritz is Assistant Corporate Secretary and Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities for The Kraft Heinz Company. She has broad general corporate and transactional experience representing public and private companies and investment banks in public company compliance, securities offerings, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and formation and startup matters, with a particular focus on securities law compliance and corporate governance. Ms. Fritz was previously Senior Counsel at MicroStrategy, a data analytics software company. Before moving in-house, she was an associate at Latham & Watkins in Silicon Valley and Washington, DC and was a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Ms. Fritz has prior professional experience in public relations, strategic planning, and constituency building. She received her JD from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was an editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law, and her Bachelor of Journalism and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri. She is admitted to practice in California, Washington DC, and Illinois.
