Paul Schneider

Paul Schneider is a global corporate governance expert with over twenty years of experience in the field. He started his career at the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance (CCGG), where he helped launch the organization and establish its influence. He then joined Ontario Teachers’ (Teachers’) and led their global governance initiatives across public equity assets, including proxy voting, engagement, and policy advocacy. He has also authored research papers on governance topics, such as executive compensation. He is a frequent speaker and a former board member and vice chair of the International Corporate Governance Network. He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
