Paul Sullivan

Paul joined FGS Global in 2023 and is a partner in the Equity Advisory & IR team based in London. He brings extensive experience of investor and market behaviour and advises senior management, boards, and investor relations to help define the investment proposition, improve shareholder engagement, optimise capital structure, and target new investors.

He provides support and advice across the company reporting cycle and with specific events such as IPOs, M&A, Restructurings and Capital Market Days.

Before joining FGS Global, Paul was a top-rated sell-side analyst covering the complex and diverse Media and Business Services sectors. He was voted #1 for Business Services in the 2023 Institutional Investor/Extel Survey.
