Raj Dave

Mr. Dave is Vice President, Chief Securities Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Society for Corporate Governance. Mr. Dave advises the Board of Directors and senior management on securities law, corporate governance and corporate law matters. Mr. Dave also manages Environmental Affairs and the Office of Corporate Secretary. Previously, Mr. Dave served as Vice President, Corporate Law and Assistant Secretary of Owens Corning (NYSE: OC). Prior to joining Owens Corning, Mr. Dave served as a senior legal executive at a KKR portfolio company and at Assurant (NYSE: AIZ). Mr. Dave began his legal career as an Associate at the law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright in New York City. Mr. Dave has served on the boards of local chapters of the American Red Cross and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Mr. Dave earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and received his undergraduate degree from Brown University.
