Hexagon appoints new head of investor relations

Hexagon, the Nasdaq Stockholm-listed digital reality solutions provider, has named Tom Hull as its new head of investor relations, effective from March.

In his new role, Hull will be responsible for boosting investor and analyst engagement while ensuring a clear delivery of Hexagon’s long-term growth strategy to the capital markets community. He will be based in the UK and will work closely with Hexagon’s IR manager Anton Heikenstrom, who is based in Sweden.

Hull brings to the firm more than 15 years of experience in IR across several industries including industrial equipment, electrical utility networks and robotic software technology firms. In his most recent role, he headed the IR function at Blue Prism since 2018.

Accelerating strategic commitments

In the same statement on February 27, Hexagon announced the appointment of Eva Carranza as its new head of sustainability. Currently global director of ESG and sustainability for the company’s geosystems division, Carranza is now responsible for Hexagon’s ESG goals and strategy.

The company said it aims to accelerate progress on ESG-related matters and Carranza’s appointment will allow its sustainability portfolio vision to be translated into ‘pragmatic and tangible outcomes’.

Based in Switzerland, Carranza is supported by Felix von Stedingk, corporate communications and sustainability manager, based in Sweden.

‘Sustainability and investor relations share the responsibility of creating long-term business value, corporate focus and resilience,’ says Hexagon CEO Paolo Guglielmini. ‘Sustainability is central to Hexagon’s purpose, the investment community and growth agenda. I am pleased to have Tom and Eva joining the team to accelerate our strategic commitments and grow the value of Hexagon.’
