What is the My IR dashboard?
Your My IR dashboard is your free personalized hub for managing your account and activity. It allows you to save articles, tailor content to your interests, manage email preferences and check subscription details and invoices.
How do I sign up for a My IR dashboard?
Access to a My IR dashboard is available through a free My IR – Essentials or a My IR – Advanced paid subscription. Click here to become a subscriber.
How do I save articles to My IR Dashboard?
When reading an article, select the Save to My IR link to add it to your dashboard. You can access these saved articles anytime under the My feed section on your dashboard.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to the Your profile section of your dashboard, make your changes and press submit.
How can I change my email preferences?
In the Preferences section under your profile, you can select or update the types of emails you’d like to receive from us.
Where can I find information about my subscription?
If you have an active subscription, details will appear under the Your subscription section within the Your Profile page in your dashboard.
How do I view my past event bookings?
Click on the Event history section within the Your profile page to review all the events you have attended.
How do I view and download my subscription invoices?
In the Invoices section, you can view and download all invoices related to subscriptions.
I’m having trouble accessing my dashboard – what should I do?
If you’re unable to log in, you can reset your password via the Lost your password? link on the login page. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.

What does a My IR – Essentials subscription include?
A My IR – Essentials subscription includes access to your personalized My IR profile, the IR benchmarking tool, deep dives and an exclusive discount off all IR Forum bookings.
What is the cost of a My IR – Essentials subscription?
It is free to become a My IR – Essentials subscriber.
What does a My IR – Advanced subscription include?
A My IR – Advanced subscription includes all My IR – Essentials features, plus access to research reports, IR rankings, the archive research library, exclusive event discounts, masterclasses and more.
How can I purchase a My IR – Advanced subscription?
You can subscribe to IR Impact here.
What does a My IR – Team subscription include?
A My IR – Team subscription includes all features of a My IR – Essentials and Advanced subscription, plus a custom IR perception study, featuring investor feedback exclusive to your company and multi-user access.

Where can I find information about my subscription?
If you have an active subscription, details will appear under the Your subscription section within the Your profile page in your dashboard.
How do I access the benefits included in my subscription?
Once subscribed, you can access all the benefits listed above directly on our website. Browse deep dives or research reports sections for the latest updates. All archived deep dives and reports can be found within the archive section.
What are the masterclasses, and how do I view them?
Masterclasses are recorded, expert-led sessions covering specific IR topics. As a My IR – Advanced subscriber, you’ll receive notifications about upcoming masterclasses as and when they are available.
Is there a limit to how many archived reports I can access?
Your subscription provides unlimited access to all archived research reports.
How do I renew my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in Your subscription section of your My IR dashboard.
Can I share my subscription with colleagues?
Subscriptions are for individual use only. If your team needs multi-user access, please contact us at to find out more about upgrading to a My IR – Team subscription.
What happens if my subscription expires?
You’ll lose access to premium content, including deep dives, research reports, archived reports and masterclasses. To regain access, renew your subscription via your dashboard.
Who do I contact if I have questions about my subscription?
If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to our subscriptions team.
Events
How do I book tickets for forums?
You can book tickets for forums through the events pages on our website. Visit the book now section on the event’s website and follow the checkout process.
How do I register for think tanks?
Think tanks are invitation-only events exclusively for in-house corporate senior IR professionals at listed companies and are free to attend. If you’re eligible, please request an invite on the think tank’s website. If you are a service provider and would like to be part of the think tanks, please get in touch with Henry Wright for think tanks based in Europe and Ian Richman for those based in North America.
How can I book seats for an awards ceremony?
You can make bookings for our awards through the events pages on our website. Visit the book now section on the event’s website and follow the checkout process.
How do I register to attend a webinar?
It’s free to attend any of our webinars and you can register through the events page on our website. Visit the webinar’s website and click sign up for this webinar, to register.
How do I become a partner of an event?

How do I become a media partner?
If you would like to find out more about becoming a media partner of an event, please reach out to Alice Martinez.
How do I apply to become a speaker at a forum or think tank?
If you’d like to be considered as a speaker, please contact our head of content, Steve Wade, and provide details about your expertise and topics of interest.
Is accommodation included in my booking?
Accommodation is not included with any event ticket. However, we offer preferential rates for attendees at nearby hotels. Visit the Venue section on the event’s website for details and booking links.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal Express Checkout. Payment will be processed immediately upon acceptance of your order. For more details on how we handle your financial information, please refer to our privacy policy.
Can I substitute a delegate with another person?
Yes, substitutions can be made at any time without charge. However, substitutions must be communicated in writing before the start of the event. Include the details of both the original attendee and the substitute. Please email all substitution requests to Thomas Williams.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
- Cancellations must be received in writing at least four weeks before the event.
- Cancellations made within this timeframe are subject to a 30% administrative charge.
- Cancellations after this timeframe, or non-attendance, are subject to the full event fee and are non-refundable.

Are refunds available for non-attendance?
No, non-attendance for any reason is subject to the cancellation terms outlined above. Fees will still apply in full.
