    Ian, president and co-founder of IR Impact, has 30+ years of IR industry sales experience. A respected leader, he excels in sales strategy and client relationships. The first service provider to lead NIRI New York, he was named a NIRI Fellow in 2020 for his contributions to the IR community.

    Steve Wade is head of content at IR Impact, gathering intelligence on global issues in investor relations, governance and sustainability. He leads events promoting excellence in these fields. At Ethical Corporation (now Reuters Events), Steve launched the ESG symposium and has spoken at the UN, World Bank and Polish Ministry of Finance.

    Aurelia joined IR Impact in 2012 and is an experienced CFO specializing in financial strategy, risk management, and operational efficiency.     Garnet Roach, an Aviva Investors Sustainability Media Awards winner, joined IR Impact in 2012. A City University journalism graduate, she previously freelanced across technology, politics, and finance, including reporting in Sana’a, Yemen. She has written for GlobalPost.com, PC Advisor, and The Big Issue.

    Alice joined IR Impact in 2016 as a copywriter and content marketer. With five years of marketing experience and eight in events management, she excels in creating content that drives engagement. A Birkbeck University graduate, Alice focuses on enhancing brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation through strategic campaigns.

    Stephanie has over 8 years of marketing experience, progressing from marketing executive to head of campaign targeting and excellence. She focuses on data-driven strategies to identify target audiences, optimize outreach and ensure efficient execution of IR Impact’s campaigns.

  • Paul O’Callaghan

    Paul joined IR Impact in 2022 as CRM Manager, bringing over 25 years of data experience. He uses his expertise to maximize data performance and support the company’s goals. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time on the golf course, balancing his professional and personal interests.
