People moves: Sportradar, Circana and NCR Atleos take on new IR leaders

This week in investor relations sees sports technology company Sportradar appoint Jim Bombassei as its senior vice president of investor relations and corporate finance.

Based in New York, Bombassei reports directly to CFO Gerard Griffin and holds responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with the global investment community and communicating the company’s business model, long-term strategy and financial performance.

He also has oversight of the company’s corporate finance function and brings with him more than 30 years’ experience, having held senior executive positions in the media, technology and gaming industries.

Griffin says: ‘We are pleased to welcome Jim to the Sportradar team. He is a talented and respected finance executive, with a wealth of investor relations experience and a track record of success. He will be a great asset as we continue to communicate our vision and strategy to the market and our investor community.’

In other news, Heather Hollander has moved on from her role as vice president of investor relations at Bath & Body Works to take up a new position at Circana. She joins the media company as senior vice president of global treasury and chief investor relations officer.

NCR Atleos Corporation has expanded its financial team with the appointment of Brendan Metrano as head of investor relations and treasury.

Reporting to CFO Paul Campbell, Metrano is responsible for executing the IR strategy for Atleos, as well as ongoing quarterly earnings activities. In his role as treasurer, Metrano leads all aspects of cash and debt management, foreign exchange, risk strategy and insurance and pension oversight.

‘I am honored to join Atleos at this exciting stage in the company’s development,’ Metrano says. ‘I look forward to playing a role in our strategy to continue to be a leader in the ATM space and evolve Atleos as a successful independent company.’
