Wei Fang
Wei Fang is the president of CNPC Europe and North America and board member of PetroChina Hong Kong. He has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is specialized in corporate governance, corporate communications and ESG in Hong Kong and China. He is also a council member of Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI), and a fellow of CGI, HKCGI and HKIRA.
