Silvio Guerra, head of IR at Localiza Rent a Car, won best investor relations officer – large-cap for the third consecutive year at the IR Magazine Brazil Awards in São Paulo on July 2. Localiza also won the grand prix for best overall investor relations – large-cap. In this interview, Guerra discusses Localiza’s IR structure, initiatives around its new ADR in the US, and his novel view of IR professionals as agents of change for the public sector.
