Valmet took home two awards at the IR Magazine Awards – Europe 2019: best IR website (mid-cap) and the rising star award for Calle Loikkanen, director of investor relations at the Finnish pulp and paper firm.
At the end of August, however, Loikkanen is moving on from the firm he helped win awards for and here he talks about how other IR professionals can make a success of multimedia – something Valmet has won accolades for – without spending a lot of money or a lot of time on training, and how he’ll be focusing on bringing the new CEO at his new firm up to speed on all things IR.
