Fintech platform YouHodler has appointed Monica Chauhan as head of investor relations. In the newly created role, she oversees global investor relations, leading strategic communication with YouHodler’s stakeholders. She reports directly to Ilya Volkov, CEO and co-founder of YouHodler.
Previously, Chauhan was part of the investor relations team at SoftBank Investment Advisers, a private equity firm. Before that, she worked as a roadshow co-ordinator at Barclays Capital for more than six years, where she planned, prepared and managed conferences from scratch.
Early in her career, she served as project manager at Ipreo – which was acquired by IHS Markit – and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Commenting on her new role, Chauhan says in a statement, ‘YouHodler is one of those companies disrupting the fintech industry right now, and I wholeheartedly share its mission of helping people start using their crypto assets. I’m excited to head YouHodler’s investor relations program and look forward to being a part of its next phase of development.’
