People moves: Columbus McKinnon and NIBE snap up new IR heads

The lead up to the festive period was a busy time for investor relations with many people moves underway before the New Year.

Guido Pickert moved on from semiconductor industry company AIXTRON after 17 years to take up a role at Gerresheimer, a German pharmaceutical packaging and delivery specialist.

The year also started off with Columbus McKinnon, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of intelligent motion solutions for material handling, naming Kristine Moser as vice president of investor relations and treasurer.

In her role, Moser reports to the executive vice president and CFO Gregory Rustowicz and is responsible for capital markets activity as well as building and maintaining communications with investors and analysts.

‘Kristy brings a wealth of experience across several industries in investor relations, strategic financial planning, and treasury,’ says Rustowicz. ‘Given her experience and strong reputation with the financial community, she will play an important role in shaping key strategic initiatives to build shareholder value while proactively expanding our reach with investors and analysts.’

Moser brings more than 15 years’ experience in investor relations, capital markets, financial analysis, strategic planning and communications to the role. She recently served as vice president of investor relations and communications at Driven Brands, an automotive services company in the US.

Meanwhile, Fredrik Erlandsson, the current head of corporate communications and investor relations at Thule Group, announced he is leaving the firm to join international heating technology company NIBE Industrier. He leaves Thule after 13 years at the IR helm having joined when the group listed in 2014.

Erlandsson joins NIBE as head of corporate communications and investor relations and also becomes a member of the firm’s management team.

‘I am delighted to welcome Fredrik to NIBE and look forward to working with him to develop communications and IR even further,’ says Gerteric Lindquist, managing director and CEO of NIBE Industrier.
