‘I wanted to set a new standard for investor days’: Rebecca Gardy of Campbell’s on an award-winning event

Consumer goods firm’s iro spoke to ir impact at this year’s us awards

What exactly goes into putting on an award-winning investor event? At the recent IR Impact Awards – US 2025, we spoke to Rebecca Gardy, chief investor relations officer at Campbell’s, about how exactly they planned last year’s investor day, which she describes as a ‘very experiential event’ for the company’s investment community.

We also spoke to her about some of the pressing issues facing the IR profession in 2025, just as news of Donald Trump’s fresh round of trade tariffs had been announced earlier that day.

You can watch the whole conversation below on YouTube.
