Cody Slach
Cody is senior managing director at Gateway Group, a 25-year financial communications and digital media advisory firm specializing in assisting emerging growth companies.
Cody has over 15 years of expertise in investor relations, financial communications, and transaction advisory. Since joining Gateway in 2008, he’s led more than 150 client campaigns and advised on nearly 75 go-public transactions. Prior to Gateway, he was an investment banker in ROTH Capital’s consumer group, executing various equity financings and sell-side M&A assignments. He holds a BS in finance from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
