Flora Rencz joined the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) as a research analyst on the Financial System Benchmark with an aspiration to drive a change within the financial sector. She believes that transparent sustainability reporting is key to accelerating climate transition. She is passionate about research, especially within the field of sustainable finance.
Prior to joining WBA, Rencz worked as a credit risk analyst at Morgan Stanley, where she specialised in researching North American financial institutions.
She holds a master’s degree from the Central European University in Vienna and a bachelor’s degree from the Corvinus University of Budapest.
