Jonathan Mairs, IRC is an independent advisor on investor relations, financial communications and content development at Ax Communications. He previously headed IR and corporate communications at independent, category-leading fintechs in securities trading.
Mairs worked on the best-performing jumbo IPOs of 2023 and 2019 across all sectors. He is a past moderator at the NIRI annual conference and currently serves on the exam development committee for the Investor Relations Charter (IRC). In addition, he is the past recipient of the PRSA awards for best corporate image campaign and financial media relations. Mairs is based in New York City.
