B2B Marketing Coordinator

We’re IR Media Group – a fast-moving media and intelligence company behind IR Impact and Governance Intelligence. We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to coordinate and help lead marketing activity across both brands, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and optimized for impact.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll play a vital part in executing marketing campaigns across our entire portfolio, including content, research, events and subscriptions.

  • Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the London office
  • Contract: Full-time permanent role

You’ll play a key role in coordinating the delivery of multi-channel campaigns across both brands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and scheduling email campaigns – building templates and assets
  • Writing clear, engaging copy across email, social, print and web
  • Managing LinkedIn and other social channels – organic and paid
  • Coordinating assets and content with designers, editors and partners
  • Tracking performance and spotting ways to optimize campaigns
  • Engaging with our audience online – building community and visibility
  • Supporting timelines and project plans to keep campaigns on track
  • Researching trends, sharing ideas and testing new approaches
  • Managing and segmenting mailing lists via our CRM
  • Pitching in at meetings with insights, ideas and copy suggestions
  • At least two years of experience coordinating end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign planning and execution
  • A degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business or a related field
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in juggling projects independently
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Experience with email tools like Spotler, Mailchimp, Dot Digital or similar
  • Experience using CRM systems, social media platforms and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A creative eye – Canva or similar design tools is a plus
  • Awareness of current B2B marketing trends and best practices
