Alexander Foltin is Head of IR and Group Treasurer of Infineon Technologies AG, a leading global semiconductor manufacturer headquartered in Munich, Germany.
As an internationally minded finance professional, he combines 35 years of broad financial expertise with a strategy and technology background. He started his career in strategy consulting, spending five years with The Boston Consulting Group in Munich and Madrid. Following finance leadership roles at start-up companies in e-commerce and telecommunications, he joined Infineon in 2004.
Alexander is well-versed in capital markets communication and commands broad transaction experience, having raised a cumulative ~25bn EUR eq. across equity, equity-linked, hybrid and debt issuances.
Alexander has a degree in Business Administration from WHU Koblenz and is a CFA charterholder.
