Frank Ruperto is Executive Vice President of Finance & Element’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He leads all financial, treasury, audit and accounting aspects of the business, including financial reporting, finance shared services, billing and collections, enterprise risk management, syndications, planning/analysis, tax and credit functions.
Frank joined Element from Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc. (NYSE: RYAM) where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Strategy. Prior to joining RYAM, Frank spent over 20 years in investment banking, most recently at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
