Friederike Edelmann

Friederike Edelmann is Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Sustainability at Central Garden & Pet, where she has led the company’s investor engagement strategy and sustainability initiatives since August 2020. She brings more than 20 years of global experience in investor relations, spanning companies from emerging growth to large-cap multinational organizations.

In 2026, Friederike and her team were recognized with three IR Impact Awards: Best Investor Relations Officer (Small Cap), Best Investor Relations Program (Small Cap), and Best in Sector: Consumer Discretionary, underscoring the strength of Central’s investor engagement and communications under her leadership.

Prior to joining Central, Friederike served as Director of Investor Relations at Criteo, where she led the company’s North American investor relations program. Earlier, she headed investor relations at Finjan Inc. and was Vice President of Investor Relations at Coty Inc., where she played a pivotal role in the company’s successful IPO in 2013 and established its investor relations function. She also held senior roles at SAP SE, where she led engagement with socially responsible investors and oversaw the U.S. individual investor program.

Throughout her career, Friederike has been recognized for elevating investor communications through strategic clarity, analytical depth, and a forward-looking approach to ESG integration. She is known for her ability to translate complex business performance into compelling narratives that resonate with global investors and analysts.

A respected leader in the IR community, Friederike has served on multiple committees of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), including the Senior Roundtable Steering Committee, Annual Conference Planning Committee, and Editorial Advisory Committee, and has contributed to the SASB Standards Advisory Board. She is a frequent speaker at leading global investor relations forums.

Friederike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (dual degree) from Accadis Business School and Florida Atlantic University, as well as a Master’s degree from GSBA Zurich. She also holds a Certificate in Investor Relations from New York University (NYU).
