Inés Arellano has experience as a real estate professional since 2004.
Prior to joining MERLIN in 2015 as a member of the management team, she worked as a Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Banking and Real Estate Private Equity where she participated in IPOs, M&A transactions, Value Added and Opportunity investments in Spain, Portugal, France and Morocco across all types of real estate assets. From 2018 to 2021, she was a non-executive Board member of a listed company, Solarpack.
At MERLIN, Inés Heads the IR department and Management Information Systems, and has recently been appointed Chair of the EPRA IR Committee.
She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Finance and Management, from the Universidad Comercial de Deusto.
