Magdalena Moll studied Business Administration at the University of Vienna and subsequently completed an MBA at Miami University in the US. Following eight years of working experience in the banking and industry sectors in the US she returned to Europe in 1992 to lead Investor Relations (IR) at Mannesmann AG in Düsseldorf. In February 1999, she moved to Henkel KGaA, where she was responsible for Capital Markets and IR. As Senior Vice President at BASF SE, she managed the global IR activities from 2003 to 2016. In June 2016, she assumed the position as Senior Vice President IR at OMV AG, one of Austria’s largest listed industrial companies. She was promoted to Senior Vice President Corporate Communications and Investor Relations in 2021 and completed her career in 2021.
