Sally is a 30+ year corporate executive, Board Director, author, angel investor and successful entrepreneur. She has built and led corporate sustainability, investor relations and governance engagement programs for Fortune 500 public companies such as Cardinal Health and Genzyme Corporation (now Sanofi Aventis), in addition to smaller public and private companies.
She has extensive expertise in risk assessment, governance and capital market strategy – including execution for complex IPOs, spin-offs, divestitures and acquisitions. As a confidante to public and private company directors and C-suite, Sally has partnered to facilitate leadership transition, talent identification and development, and manage crises, including shareholder activism.
She currently serves on the Advisory Boards of MOBILion Systems, Inc. and Articial Intelligence Risk, Inc., and as Board Director of Ariel Savannah Angel Partners, a national angel investing group.
