Our mission: IR Media Group is a business intelligence company focused on investor relations and governance. Our audiences are listed companies and the service providers that support them. Through events, research, content, data intelligence and peer-to-peer networking, we help public company leaders make better decisions in an increasingly complex business and regulatory landscape.

Our culture: We’re an ambitious, collaborative and curious team that values smart thinking, ownership and continuous improvement. We encourage fresh ideas, healthy debate and a practical, commercial mindset. As a growing business, everyone has the opportunity to make an impact, take on new challenges and help shape what we do next.

What we do: We deliver a portfolio of market-leading events, research reports, newsletters and digital content across IR Impact and Governance Intelligence. Our subscription platforms combine independent editorial with proprietary data and intelligence, helping professionals stay informed, benchmark performance and connect with peers.

Who we help: IR Impact supports investor relations professionals at listed companies across the globe. Governance Intelligence serves governance, legal, risk and compliance professionals, providing practical insight on governance challenges and evolving regulation.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the heart of our marketing team. You’ll own campaigns from planning and scheduling through to execution, reporting and optimization, ensuring every campaign is commercially focused and delivers measurable results across our events, subscriptions, research reports, surveys, awards, playbooks, newsletters and commercial partnerships.

As the operational lead for marketing, you’ll turn business priorities into effective campaigns, managing timelines, coordinating activity across the business and driving revenue, audience growth and engagement. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. Alongside developing campaign plans, you’ll write copy, build email campaigns, manage data, create marketing assets and monitor performance.

This role is ideal for an experienced B2B marketing manager or an ambitious marketing executive/coordinator ready to take the next step. You’ll be comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, making decisions independently and taking initiative.

As a small, growing business, we’re a team that pitches in. While you’ll have clear ownership of marketing campaigns, there will be times when you’ll support work outside your core responsibilities, just as everyone else in the business does. We’re looking for someone who embraces variety, enjoys solving problems and is happy to get involved wherever their skills can add value.

You’ll play a broad role across the marketing function, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own campaign strategy, planning and delivery across all products
  • Manage marketing calendars and campaign schedules
  • Deliver lead generation campaigns that support commercial targets

  • Contribute ideas, insights and recommendations during planning meetings
  • At least two years’ experience managing end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting skills across email, social media, web and campaign assets
  • Experience developing messaging for different audiences and channels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring and improving campaign performance
  • Proactive in using AI and automation to improve marketing processes, increase efficiency and enhance campaign performance
  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp or Dotdigital
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Comfortable using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of email, content, social and digital marketing
  • Experience with lead generation and marketing ROI
  • Commercial awareness and a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of GDPR and B2B marketing best practices
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Competitive salary, based on experience
  • Private health insurance (BUPA)
  • Pension contributions
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service
  • Cycle-to-work scheme

The interview process is as follows:

  • Stage 1: A 15-minute Microsoft Teams call to discuss the role and assess mutual fit.
  • Stage 2: A face-to-face interview at our London office. Before the interview, you’ll be asked to complete a written task, which you’ll present and discuss during the interview.
  • Duration: The interview process should take no longer than two weeks.
