Adam Riches

Adam is a senior member of Alliance’s global shareholder activism practice, advising both companies and investors North America, Europe and Asia. He has worked on some of the leading activism campaigns in 2025 so far including advising on multiple proxy contests within the UK investment trust sector and a campaign at one of the ten largest FTSE listed companies.

Prior to joining Alliance, he helped design and build the Activist Insight database in 2012 which became the leading provider of activist investing data and information worldwide. The business was acquired by Diligent in 2022 where he joined the senior leadership team and oversaw the launch of the Diligent Market Intelligence platform. Adam is a frequent speaker/panelist on the topic of shareholder activism at conferences and events internationally.
