Adelaide is Vice President, Responsible Investing at Beutel, Goodman & Company, focusing on the firm’s responsible investing strategy including the integration of environmental, social and governance considerations across all asset classes and investment processes. She has over 25 years of senior portfolio management experience including over a decade of experience in sustainable investing. Prior to joining Beutel Goodman, Adelaide served as Vice-President & Portfolio Manager, Head of Responsible Investing at NEI Investments and previously worked at OMERS and Mackenzie Investments. She is an inaugural member of the Canadian Sustainability Standards Board and a board director for the Responsible Investment Association. Adelaide holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. She is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA, FCA), holds the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) certification offered by IFRS and is a CFA charterholder.
