Alexandre Bouvier

Alexandre is the co-founder and CEO of OPENIR, an AI-native platform launched in 2024. He brings over 14 years of experience across investment management and banking. Alexandre began his career in 2010 with PAI Partners before joining the M&A department of Goldman Sachs in 2011, where he advised on complex cross-border transactions.
In 2018, Alexandre moved to the buy-side with Boussard & Gavaudan, where he led the Healthcare and Leisure departments as part of the Equity Long/Short and Special Situations team. Most recently, he led the fundamental research team at Ossington IM in 2024. Leveraging this expertise in market communication, he now leads OPENIR’s mission to modernise corporate-investor dialogue. 
Alexandre holds dual master’s degrees in financial mathematics and management from ENSAE Paris and HEC Paris, and is an alumnus of the CEMS program at Università Bocconi.
