Anil Gupta

Anil has nearly 20 years of combined experience on the sell-side and in investor relations roles at two of Silicon Valley’s most visible companies.

Anil joined Coinbase in January 2021 as Vice President to lead investor relations ahead of the company’s direct listing, which was the largest direct listing in history. He joined the cryptoeconomy leader following over 8 years in investor relations at Facebook, where he most recently served as Director.

Prior to embarking on his investor relations career, Anil worked in equity research, where he covered Internet and media equities. Prior to equity research, he began his career as a management consultant.

Anil graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a major in Finance. He has been known throughout his career as a collaborative, relationship-oriented partner who enjoys working in high-growth and innovative technology environments.
