BRADY LONG is Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer of Transocean Ltd. (NYSE:RIG), the world’s leading offshore drilling contractor. He served as Vice President – General Counsel & Secretary of Ensco plc (NYSE:ESV) from 2011 to 2015 and Pride International, Inc. (NYSE:PDE) from 2009 to 2011, when Pride was acquired by Ensco.  He served as Chief Compliance Officer of Pride from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, Mr. Long was named one of the 100 most influential leaders in business ethics in the world by Ethisphere magazine. Mr. Long graduated with a BA, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University (1996), a JD, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law (1999), and an Executive LLM in Tax from New York University (2019).
