Carrie Gillard

Carrie Gillard is the Head of Investor Relations for Shopify, joining the company in July of 2022. She is responsible for managing and communicating the company’s growth story and financial performance to investors including articulating Shopify’s strategic business activities, financial performance, and long-term plans for building shareholder value. Carrie has held the role as Head of Investor Relations since April of 2023. Prior to Shopify, Carrie has over ten years of investor relations experience leading and working in investor relations for consumer companies including FIGS (NYSE:FIGS), a Shopify merchant, and Under Armour (NYSE: UA, UAA). She earned her BSBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Denver and her MBA from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.
