Danielle Collins is Head of Investor Relations at Southwest Airlines, where she leads the company’s engagement with investors and analysts and serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Board on capital markets strategy, shareholder sentiment, valuation, and executive communications.

Prior to joining Southwest, Danielle held investor relations and finance leadership roles with Shell across Canada and the United States, supporting one of the world’s largest integrated energy companies. During her tenure, she advised on strategic transactions, portfolio optimization, capital allocation, and global shareholder engagement, building deep expertise across the energy value chain and in navigating complex, capital-intensive businesses.

Across both the energy and aviation sectors, Danielle has helped leadership teams navigate periods of significant strategic change, including shareholder activism, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, and evolving capital allocation priorities. She is recognized for translating complex corporate strategies into clear, compelling investment narratives that strengthen investor understanding and build long-term shareholder confidence.
