Dave Gennarelli

Dave Gennarelli has been leading investor relations at Bay Area technology companies for nearly 30 years. Currently, he is senior vice president of investor relations at Okta, a $16 billion identity security company headquartered in San Francisco. Over the course of his career, he has led the investor relations function for two IPOs and helped management teams navigate economic cycles, model transitions, activist campaigns, debt offerings, M&A, and countless leadership changes. Recognized multiple times by Institutional Investor as one of the top IROs in the software industry. Dave lives in Marin country with his family and is an avid cyclist (road and gravel). He has a degree in business from Binghamton University in New York.
