David Grunfeld

David is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and trusted strategic communications advisor for many of the leading publicly-listed, semi-government and government organizations across the Middle East and beyond. He has founded, scaled and led several multi-million-dollar companies in his career. He founded aiiro in early 2024 to bring the power of AI-driven investor engagement to his investor relations (IR) clients and the wider industry. aiiro was the first company launched from his PS NXT incubation platform established in the DIFC AI and Web 3.0 Campus in 2023. David is also the founder of Prose Solutions, the leading investor relations and corporate reporting advisory firm in the Middle East. Since 2005, Prose Solutions has told the stories and bolstered the brands of hundreds of clients across the GCC and around the world, and his clients have won over 100 MEIRA awards for IR and corporate reporting. He has made dozens angel and strategic investments in knowledge services, tech, eCommerce and sports companies across the UAE, Europe and North America. He also serves on the Board of Padel California. A regular advisor, consultant and speaker for corporates and governments across the region, David is a graduate of McGill University in Canada, where he earned his B.Sc. in Physiology and Neuroscience. He is a father of 3 and has lived in the UAE for over 22 years
