Dennis Chia

Dennis Chia brings more than 30 years of distinguished financial leadership experience to CelcomDigi. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of StarHub Ltd in Singapore for nearly a decade until September 2024, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening financial performance, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting the company’s multi-year transformation and digitalisation programmes.

Before joining StarHub, Dennis held several senior finance and CFO roles across global technology, semiconductor, automotive, and oil & gas industries. His past appointments include Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of STATS ChipPAC Worldwide, where he led global financial strategy and operational finance, and Vice President of Finance at Lear Corporation, a Fortune 500 automotive technology company. Earlier in his career, he also served in key finance leadership roles in multinational organisations, building extensive expertise in corporate finance, capital management, and large-scale business operations.

Dennis is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with specialisations in Marketing and Finance from the University of Hull, England. In 2024, Dennis completed the prestigious Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School, further enhancing his strategic and leadership capabilities.
